The Department of Economics and Centre for Research, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, organised a session titled “Indian Knowledge System for Competitive Examinations” on 19 January 2026 at the III BA Classroom from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about mental well-being and the significance of mindfulness in fostering essential life skills.
