The Department of Food Processing Technology at St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous) organized a two-day workshop on HACCP Level 3 Certifications in collaboration with BRIX Certifications on 5th and 6th February 2026. The workshop was led by Mr. Bins K Thomas, who provided training on HACCP principles, food safety management systems, hazard identification, and risk assessment. The programme enhanced participants practical understanding of international food safety standards and offered valuable industry-oriented learning experiences in food processing and safety.
