The Departments of Psychology, Management Studies, and Commerce (SF) of St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, in association with Aster Medcity, organized a Breast Cancer Awareness Session on 10th October 2025 at 9:30 AM in the AV Room. The session was led by Dr. Sharath S, Consultant, Surgical Oncology, Aster Medcity, who emphasized the importance of early detection, regular screening, and lifestyle modifications in the prevention and management of breast cancer. The interactive session encouraged faculty to clarify misconceptions and become advocates of health awareness in their communities. The session aimed to break the stigma surrounding breast cancer discussions and encouraged participants to adopt a proactive attitude toward personal health and well being.
