As part of HackVerse 3.0, the Department of Cyber Security and Applied Computing organized a special technical session titled “Decrypt with the Masters” – Crypto X Cybersecurity Hackathon on 12th and 13th January 2026 at the Centenary Block, St. Teresa’s College. The session was conducted by Mr. Saurav Sha in association with Red Team Hacker Academy and supported by Muthoot Finance.
The session focused on introducing students to real-world cybersecurity concepts, ethical hacking techniques, cryptographic challenges, and practical problem-solving approaches used in the cybersecurity industry. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants gained valuable exposure to modern cyber threats, security practices, and hackathon-based learning methodologies. The expert insights shared by the resource person helped students understand the importance of cybersecurity skills and industry-oriented training.
