OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME: To sensitise the 7TH standard students of St. Mary’s UP School, Njarakkal, about their fundamental duties and rights as Indian citizens, as mandated by the Constitution of India
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION (In a paragraph): Started with the story of Dr B R Ambedkar and talked briefly about the Indian Constitution. Made children aware of their fundamental duties and rights as Indian citizens. Prizes were also distributed to students who answered the question-answer session correctly, as a token of appreciation.
OUTCOME OF THE ACTIVITY: Students of St. Mary’s UP School, Njarakkal, became aware of their fundamental rights and duties as mandated by the Constitution of India.
