The National Workshop Series titled “Beyond the Classroom: Gamification as a Tool for Career Success” was organized by SRM University in association with the Department of Commerce (Regular and Self-Financing). The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the concept of gamification and its growing relevance in career development, learning, and professional skill enhancement. Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and activity-based learning, participants were exposed to how game elements such as problem-solving, simulations, and rewards can be effectively applied to build employability skills, decision-making abilities, and adaptability. The workshop provided valuable insights into innovative learning methods beyond traditional classroom practices and motivated students to adopt experiential and technology-driven approaches for career success.
